B Chan Prius Major Service | | |  | 'I wanted to write to let you know how delighted I was with the service I received from Sharon yesterday when I had my Prius serviced. She kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle and did exceptionally well to have my vehicle ready by my desired time (which is tough for a major service). Furthermore, she made my visit feel more like an experience rather than a transaction or a chore on my part amidst phones ringing off the hook.
I’d also like to extend my thanks to Jeff (or Geoff) for his enduring duties as the courtesy shuttle driver. On a number of occasions I have seen him calmly and logically negotiate the potential minefield of customers vying to get back from whence they came who often outnumber the number of available seats in the shuttle. He has been kind enough to drop me off at my address which requires a significant detour down The Comenarra Parkway and Fox Valley Road which can be a right pain in peak times with a shuttle full of other people. He has an incredible sense of timing and direction which would put most professional drivers armed with a GPS to shame these days.
The experience I have had with Pennant Hills Toyota for all of my servicing to date has well exceeded my experiences with Hyundai.
