Both my husband myself are not good at cars, we don’t know much about cars, but the staff at Alto explain to us from A- Z in a simple way that we can understand. They have done most of the work for us, all we had to be selecting the car and provide some documents that they needed for financial purpose. I must include something here, when I signed documents I chose titanium for the colour of my car but few days before the delivery day i have changed my mind and i wanted a silver colour, when i asked them if i can changed colour of the car at this time they were happy to change the colour of my car. I was very much impressed with their service. It hasn’t stopped there even after I got my car they called us few times to see how we going, love that car as well as the customer service of the Alto. I will not hesitate to recommend Alto Mitsubishi to my family and friends. |

I own two other Mitsubishi vehicles and only purchased the new one because Alto Mitsubishi went that one step further. I would have waited another year or two for a Mitsubishi special deal had our terms not been met. |

When we originally put down the deposit for the car we were told that it would come within a few weeks, towards the end I got a call to inform that the delivery would be delayed for almost another few weeks! At the time my wife was due to have our first baby any moment and it was quite stressful! Jason did understand our concerns and did try his hardest to meet the delivery time. The car ended up being ready the day before our baby boy was born, but at least I could drive my wife and new bub in the lancer home from the hospital.
