The Mitsubishi 380 Series III raises the bar in the Australian six-cylinder large family car class by providing generous power coupled with an agile and stable ride.

Mitsubishi has been demonstrating its commitment to the Australian family car market for some time now, with offerings such as the award winning Pajero, and more recently the superbly appointed 380.

Innovative manufacturing techniques have enabled Mitsubishi to develop a more rigid and lighter body, and the new generation 3.8 litre 6 cylinder MPI SOHC 24-valve engine generates a surging, but smoothly delivered, 175 kilowatts of power and it's all available from $28,990* (ES model).

The Series III is available in manual or automatic transmission formats, and the five speed INVECS II ‘smart logic’ automatic transmission with sports mode sequential gear shift takes Mitsubishi transmission technology to a new level.

Not content to produce a best-of-breed family car, Mitsubishi has produced the 380 in five configurations – the economical but handsomely appointed ES, the feature-enhanced SX, the seriously sporty VRX, the limited edition 380 sport and for the Mitsubishi enthusiast hungry for maximum refinement – the eminently well appointed 380 GT.

Mitsubishi’s new 380 enables the driving enthusiast to reach 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds whilst enjoying the comfort of an interior fitted with automatic climate control, front and rear power windows, power adjustable driver’s seat and a 10 function trip computer.

Space and safety are both important to Australian family car users, and the 380 has ample interior space and is fitted with driver and front passenger front and side air bags, steering traction control, and power assisted brakes.

All of the power and grace of the 380 Series III is encapsulated in a body profile which is aesthetically inspiring. The newly designed front end starts lines that please all the way to the tail-lights. Test drive a 380 today and find out just how good the Mitsubishi large six has become.
