But after having Experienced Alto Ford and their service team I now have renewed faith in the brand I had a auto transmission problem that XXXX XXXX claimed I didn't have, that they could not fix and after 2 hours waiting, claimed there was no upgrade available for car. My friend heard on talk back radio about someone who also had problems with that company and he had gone to Alto Ford...so off i went. Firstly, the welcome was great, courteous and helpful. Then I was rung and told that there was indeed a problem with my auto transmission, they had found some codes locked and that they were now giving it the latest upgrade!
